About
A pharmacy problem, being solved by people who had it.
N2 Pharmacy Analytics LLC is a Texas limited liability company, founded in 2026 and self-funded. Two principals, no outside investors, no released product yet.
The founders
Domain and engineering, in equal measure
Nathan Wooten, PharmD
Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer · LinkedIn
Nearly seventeen years in hospital pharmacy, the last decade in leadership. He was an Assistant Director of Pharmacy responsible for inpatient, retail and long-term care operations, then a Director of Pharmacy, and was directly accountable for the 340B program at both organizations — under disproportionate share and sole community hospital status, which carry different rules.
He holds the Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Georgia, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He has been through HRSA audits from inside the covered entity.
He also owns Come & See Healthcare Services, a Texas consultancy working with hospitals and health systems on 340B and pharmacy program performance. The problems N2 is building for are the ones he keeps running into there. The two companies are operated separately. N2 contracts directly with its own customers, and neither company holds the other's client data.
Nathan Robles
Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer · LinkedIn
Nathan leads N2's product and technology development — the architecture, the data pipeline and the security model. He owns how hospital data is received, isolated, processed and retained, and the deterministic logic that sits underneath anything the platform reports.
He also works as a 340B analyst inside a covered entity, reconciling purchasing, claims, accumulation and reimbursement data against one another. The problems N2 builds for are ones he meets in his own week rather than ones described to him. He is completing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence at Angelo State University.
The overlap is deliberate. Healthcare software fails most often because the people who understand the domain and the people who build the system are not the same people, and the gap between them is where a wrong assumption survives to production. Nathan Wooten's operating experience is the foundation of what we build, and both of us work in the program as well as in the code, so that nothing has to be translated twice.
The company
Where things actually stand
We would rather be plain about the stage than imply more than exists.
- Founded 2026, as a Texas limited liability company.
- Two principals. No other employees at present.
- Self-funded. No outside investment, not publicly traded.
- Two products in development. Neither has been released.
- No customers yet, and no production patient data. Development runs on synthetic data.
Our customers will be hospitals, health systems and 340B covered entities, which will make N2 a business associate under HIPAA. How we intend to handle their data is set out on the security page — written before we hold any of it, on purpose.
